5-Ingredient Creamy Cheddar and Chorizo Tagliatelle

What you need
- 2 Primula Signature Blend Mature Cheddar Cheese
- 20ml milk
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1 chorizo sausage, diced
- ½ Pack rocket
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How you do it
Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
Meanwhile, fry the chorizo in olive oil for 5 minutes until golden. Remove from the heat.
Add the Primula Mature Cheddar Cheese and milk to a saucepan. Place the saucepan on a medium heat, stirring regularly to create a smooth cheese sauce.
Drain the pasta.
Return the pasta to the pan and stir through the Primula Mature Cheddar Cheese sauce. Stir until the pasta is evenly coated in the sauce. Add the chorizo pieces and rocket and stir through. Serve immediately.
