Snow Topped Mini Yorkshires

Our snow topped mini Yorkshires are packed full of flavour and make great canapés or a delicious snack. They're easy to prepare in advance and have ready to go whenever you need it!

  • Yields: Makes 30


- What you’ll need:

Primula Cheese with Ham

30 Mini Yorkshire Puddings

15 Tomberries, halved

- Cabbage Bake:

¼ red cabbage, thinly sliced

½ red onion, cubed

80g Dark Muscovado Sugar

200ml balsamic vinegar

100ml boiling water

2 garlic cloves


1Preheat your oven to 180°C.


3In a frying pan braise your onions with a little oil until golden. Once golden add your garlic and cook out for a couple of minutes.

4Place all of your braised and remaining Cabbage bake ingredients into a large casserole dish and place into your preheated oven for 2hours, remembering to stir at regular intervals. (preparing the cabbage bake can be done well in advance and can be frozen or stored in Kilner jars ready to pop open)

5Following pack instructions cook your mini Yorkshires

6Fill each Yorkshire with a tsp of cabbage bake. Top with Primula Cheese with Ham and finish with half a tomberry.
