Hot tips! Primula Cheese ‘n’ Paprika takes a quick and easy classic quesadilla to a whole new level
75g Cheese ‘n’ Paprika (1/2 tube)
2 tortilla bread
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cooked chicken breast, cooked and sliced
3 tbsp tinned black beans
3 tbsp of sweetcorn
1 tsp olive oil
1Place a generous layer of Cheese ‘n’ Paprika on a tortilla bread.
2Top with cabbage, chicken, black beans, sweetcorn, and top with extra Cheese ‘n’ Paprika and put the other tortilla on top (to make sandwich).
3Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
4Fry the quesadilla on both sides until golden brown.
