Hot Jalapeño Pizza

Pocket sized pizzas with an added cheesy kick


1 pizza dough, ready bought

1 tbsp tomato puree

75g Cheese ’n’ Jalapeño (1/2 tube)

50g of chorizo, sliced

4 slices parma ham

½ red onion, sliced

2 tomatoes, chopped


1Preheat oven to 220 ° C.

2Roll out the pizza dough thinly.

3Cut out to desired size of mini pizza, spread a thin layer of tomato puree on top.

4Top the pizza bases with Cheese ‘n’ Jalapeño, chorizo, parma ham, and onion.

5Bake in the middle of the oven for around 7-10 minutes.

6Top with tomatoes to serve.
