Cheesy Spinach Gnocchi

Primula makes this deliciously melty pasta sauce in minutes. It’s ideal for a quick midweek meal that the whole family will enjoy.


500g fresh potato gnocchi

20ml olive oil

150g Primula Cheese with Ham

70ml water

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

200g baby spinach

Salt and pepper


1Cook the gnocchi according to the pack instructions. Drain and set aside.

2Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring regularly.

3Add the Primula Cheese with Ham and water and stir until smooth.

4Add the spinach and stir through until the spinach has wilted. Season to taste.

5Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and cook for 1 minute, to allow the gnocchi to take on the delicious flavour of the sauce.

6Serve immediately. Perfect with garlic bread and fresh salad.
