Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.  

Promoter: Primula Ltd, Kingsway South, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0ST. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Promoter, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for the competition. By entering the competition all participants accept that they will have no claim against Facebook, Twitter or Instagram whatsoever and agree to give Facebook, Twitter or Instagram a complete liability release from any and all legal liability in connection with the promotion.  

All entries will be subject to Facebook’s, Twitter’s or Instagram’s terms of use which can be found at www.facebook.com,  www.twitter.com,  www.instagram.com respectively.  

Eligibility:  

1. The promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its subsidiaries or agents.  

2. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.  

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.  

4. All entries must be made directly by the person entering. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of brute or any other automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified and any prize award forfeited.  

How to enter: 

1. The promotion is available to enter via at least one but not limited to,  www.facebook.com/PrimulaCheese,  www.instagram.com/primula_cheese,  www. twitter.com/Primula_Cheese. 

2. Participants may only enter the promotion once on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. If a participant enters multiple times, then only one entry will be counted. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition, for example by setting up multiple Facebook accounts will be disqualified.  

3. To enter the competition respond as outlined in the post; by comment or reaction on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. 

Winner Selection and Notification:  

1. Winners will be selected by Primula Ltd.  

2. To claim the prize, Primula Ltd. will contact the winners through a private message on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and ask for a contact name, delivery address and contact number.  

3. In the event the winner does not provide their details to the Promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Prizes will be sent out directly to the named person as per the entry. Please allow 28 days for delivery. Prizes that are returned to sender or not delivered due to inaccurate address details will be declared unwanted and the prize will be lost. The promoter is in no way liable for the non-delivery of prizes and no replacement or communication will be entered into relating to non-delivery.  

Prizes and draws:  

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.  

2. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details.  

3. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.  

4. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.  

5. If you win the prize, you agree to take part in reasonable publicity at no expense to the Promoter.  

6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entrants and the winners before making any award. This includes, but is not limited to name, age and address. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

8. To ensure fairness and the integrity of the promotion to all participants, the Promoter will not enter into discussions regarding the running of this promotion via Facebook. Any entrant posting or seen to be posting comments to fab Facebook or elsewhere during the draw that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other contestants, fans of fab or directly aimed at the Promoter, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the draw. We reserve the right to alert Facebook to any such behaviour and you may have your account frozen pending investigation.  

9. Please note that in processing data for the administration of the promotion the Promoter may disclose customer information to other companies in its group or to third parties used by the Promoter and its affiliates for the purposes of the promotion only.  

10. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts
