Cheese 'n' Sriracha
  • 140g Primula Cheese ‘n’ Sriracha tube
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4tsp of salt
  • 1/4tsp of pepper
  • 1/4tsp of cumin
  • 1/2tsp pf chilli flakes
  • 1/4tsp of paprika
  • 1/4tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4tsp of mustard powder
  • 1tbsp of olive oil
  • Half lime juice
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 30g of mixed salad, washed
  • 2tbsp of ketchup
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 4tbsp of pickled white slaw

  • Flatten the chicken breasts out by lightly bashing them between two pieces of baking parchment paper with a rolling pin.
  • Combine the salt, pepper, cumin, chilli flakes, paprika, garlic powder and mustard powder in a small dish. Drizzle the olive oil on top of the chicken breasts and entirely coat the meat with the seasoning. Place the chicken in the fridge until ready to cook for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Heat the grill to medium-high heat, once heated, place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes total, flipping halfway through. The chicken temperature should reach at least 73C.
  • Before serving, squeeze fresh lime juice over the chicken.
  • Toast the buns, spoon some ketchup onto the base, and place the fresh salad, red onions and chicken on top. Then dollop a generous amount of pickled white slaw and Primula Cheese and Sriracha over the chicken before closing the buns and serving.
