Standard Competition Rules

Primula regularly hosts competitions with select media partners. Primula UK Ltd’s standard Terms and Conditions, as outlined below, are relevant across all competitions promoted by Primula UK Ltd. Primula UK Ltd reserves the right to include additional, specific terms for each competition which will be clearly outlined within that competition’s entry requirements. Primula will not include details of its competitions within this website.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

Primula competition open to residents of the UK and Ireland who are 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.

The use of any system, robot, agent, or software to automatically submit entries in connection with this prize draw is prohibited.

Closing date for entries as per the competition details. The winner will be chosen by the Primula judges from all valid entries and informed by email after the closing date.

Winners’ names will be available on request.

Entry to this competition confirms that participants have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Winners must agree to be featured within Primula’s publicity material, including photography.

This competition is not open to employees of Primula UK or Kavli UK.

The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third parties.

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s designated address by Royal Mail.

Primula UK assumes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries due to spam, technological, or e-mail filtering issues or for prizes lost in transit.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects whatsoever with respect to the prize once dispatched to the winner.

Where prizes include charity involvement or donation, all charities must be a registered charity in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
