Ultimate Nachos

Our Ultimate Nachos are an essential for Mexican night - so simple to create and fun to eat.


Large bag of nachos

150g tube of Primula Cheese with Jalapeños

Chopped coriander, to garnish


6 ripe tomatoes

1 handful of fresh coriander, chopped

1 red onion, diced

Juice of 1-2 limes

1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

50g black beans

Salt and pepper


1Half each tomato and remove the seeds, using a teaspoon. Dice the tomato.

2Combine the diced tomato and all of the remaining salsa ingredients in a bowl.

3Place the nachos in a serving dish and spoon the salsa on top.

4Generously squeeze over the Primula Cheese with Jalapeños.

5Delicious served cold or for extra meltiness place in the oven at 220°C for 5 minutes.

6Garnish with coriander and serve.
