Steak and Cheese Tacos

Forget the Friday night takeaway, whip up these easy-but-delicious Steak and Cheese Tacos they’re simple and great fun to assemble.



400 g steak, sliced

1 yellow pepper, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

30 g fajita seasoning


3 beef tomatoes, diced

1/2 onion, diced

1 lime juice

Handful coriander

1 green chilli, finely sliced (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil

Cheesy Guacamole

1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced

50 g Primula Original Cheese

1/2 onion, finely diced

1/2 lime juice

To Serve

100 g Primula Original Cheese - Add Primula Cheese with Jalapeños, for the perfect kick!

What to Do

1Begin by mixing the steak, peppers and onion with the fajita seasoning.

2Put a large frying pan on a medium-high heat.

3Add the oil to the frying pan.

4Shallow fry until the vegetables are golden and softened, ensuring the steak is thoroughly cooked.

5Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes.


1Mix the cheesy guacamole ingredients and serve.

2Mix all the salsa ingredients in a serving dish and set aside.


1Drain any excess juices from the taco filling.

2Serve with Primula Original Cheese, fresh lime and coriander.
