Sharing Flatbread

Sweet and savoury is a classic in the cheese world and this recipe shows just why. The bonus is it couldn’t be easier to make.

1 Primula Cheese with Chive Tube

380G Ready Rolled Flat Bread Dough

100g Cranberry Jelly

120g Spinach

Fresh thyme


1Prepare your flatbread as per cooking instructions

2(we’d suggest flipping half way through to get an even cook)

3Wilt your spinach; This can be done in a microwave with a splash of water in 40 secs on full power

4remove your flatbread from the oven, whilst warm top with cranberry jelly, Primula Cheese with Chive and wilted spinach. Scatter with fresh thyme and serve.
