Saucy Sausage Pasta

300g strozzapreti or penne

300g sausage meat

200g spinach

75g Primula Cheese with Ham

75g crème fraiche

A handful of chopped Sage

Black pepper


1Cook the strozzapreti according to pack instructions.


1Cook the sausage meat in a large frying pan, until golden.

2Add the spinach and sage stir through until softened.

3Remove the mixture from the heat and add the Primula Cheese and crème fraiche and stir thoroughly.

4Gently stir the mixture through the pasta.

5Season generously with black pepper.
