Roasted Pumpkin on Sourdough

If you’re looking for some fierce Friday flavour, look no further than our loaded Pumpkin Fries. They’re a healthy alternative to traditional chips or nachos, making them perfect for fajita night! 


500g pumpkin, peeled and diced

2 tbsp olive oil

Pinch chilli flakes

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 tbsp honey

1 loaf of sourdough, sliced

1 garlic clove, peeled

100g Primula Cheese with Ham


1Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6/ 180°C.

2Arrange the pumpkin in a large, shallow baking dish. Drizzle with the olive oil and scatter over the chilli flakes. Add the chopped garlic gloves.

3Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and lightly charred. Remove from the oven and add a tablespoon of honey and mix well to coat the pumpkin. Set aside.

4Toast the sourdough until golden. Remove from the toaster and gently rub with the remaining garlic clove. Top with Primula Cheese with Ham and the roasted pumpkin. Serve immediately.
