200g Macaroni pasta
380g BBQ pulled pork
150g Primula Original Cheese
2 roasted red peppers, sliced
50g tortilla chips, crushed
1Preheat oven to 220°C/Gas Mark 7/425°F.
2Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
3Meanwhile - Prepare the BBQ Pulled pork according to packet instructions.
4Drain the pasta, retaining 2 tbsp. of the liquid to loosen the sauce.
5Mix the Primula Cheese through the pasta and set aside.
6Layer you mason jars with Pulled pork, Mac ‘N’ cheese, peppers and crushed tortilla.
7Place in an oven on an oven-proof dish.
8Bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
9Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
10Serve with side salad.
