150g chorizo, diced
1 red onion, finely sliced
500g tomato passata
150g Primula Original Cheese
100g cherry tomatoes, halved
Basil, to garnish
1Preheat oven to 220°C.
2Cook the rigatoni according to pack instructions.
1Cook the chorizo and red onion in a large oven-proof frying pan, until golden.
2Add the passata and bring to a gentle simmer.
3Once cooked, drain the rigatoni and add to the sauce.
4Place in an oven-proof dish and top with tomatoes.
5Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
6Remove from oven and top with Primula Cheese and basil.
