Well we’ve got the answer! This recipe is great for sharing with the family as an alternative evening treat or the perfect addition to a family lunch.

  • Yields: Makes 8


380g ready rolled flat bread dough

150g Primula Cheese with Chives - Use Primula Light Cheese for the same delicious flavour with 40% less fat!

125g cherry tomatoes, quartered

40g rocket, watercress and spinach salad

Jalapeños, diced (if you like it hot)


1Cut approx. 10cm circles from the dough.

2Place on a lined baking tray.

3Cook per packet instruction (flipping the flatbreads halfway through baking helps to get an even bake).

4Remove from oven and allow to cool.

5Top with Primula Cheese with Chive.

6Add a sprinkling of tomato and salad leaves.

7Tuck in.
