These Cheese and Roast Beef Sliders will be sliding into your favourite recipes. They’re ideal to make use of delicious Sunday leftovers and so easy to make.
Ingredients
200g roast beef, thinly sliced
12 seeded bread buns
50g wholegrain mustard (optional)
2 sprigs of dill, chopped
150g Primula Cheese with Chives
Directions
1Preheat the oven to 190°C/ Gas Mark 5.
2Slice the bread buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
3Add the mustard and dill evenly over the bread buns.
4Place the roast beef on each bun bottom.
5Squeeze Primula Cheese with Chives over the beef.
6Add the top half of the bread buns.
7Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for a further 5 minutes until the cheese is wonderfully melty and the buns are crisp and golden.
